Ryan Danny Owen is a non-binary author, visual artist, performer, and queer historian based in Moh’kinsstis Treaty 7/ Calgary, Alberta Canada. Their work has been exhibited across Canada and they have written for and been included in various publications as well as published two graphic novels in ongoing the four book series, Pass Me By (Pass Me By: Gone Fishin’ (2019) and Pass Me By: Electric Vice (2021) with the third book in the series due for release in 2024. Owen also runs an online queer archive, Mirrors & Windows, featuring a collection of collected queer photographs collected from auctions, markets, and personal collections.
